Courtney’s Cuddles Petsitting Hosts Hungry Bowl™ Pet Food Drive to Benefit Homeless Pets of Pet Stop Rescue

What: As part of an international effort spearheaded by Pet Sitters International (PSI), the largest association for professional pet sitters, the Hungry Bowl™ Pet Food Drive serves to collect pet food for local shelters. Proceeds from this donation will go to Pet Stop Rescue. The local Hungry Bowl™ Pet Food Drive is being hosted by Courtney’s Cuddles Petsitting.

Who: Shelters & rescues across the country are in dire need. Pet Stop Rescue is in great need of pet food donations as it enters 2012.

Courtney's Cuddles Petsitting collected 388 lbs of dog and cat food to benefit the Agoura Animal Shelter in December 2010!

Thank you very much to the stores and veterinarians who supported us by having a donation box at their locations: Healthy Pet food stores in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, and Agoura, Caring Hands Veterinary Clinic, The Cat Doctor, Conejo Valley Animal Hospital and the Pet ER Clinic.

With your help, the pet food drive collected 284 pounds of dog food and 104 pounds of cat food. This pet food was greatly appreciated by the Agoura Animal Shelter. Together, we were able to make a real difference in the lives of local shelter pets during the holiday season!
